Le Vendome hotel's rooftop restaurant, Sydney's, now has a new range of enticing reasons to visit. Launched Thursday, the eatery overlooking the marina showcased a brand new menu, with a focus on local, fresh produce, created by chef Bechara Tarabay. The sunset gathering delivered many of the upcoming 49-item menu's showstoppers, including spicy beef burger sliders and fresh ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta.Roughly every three months, the team will re-engineer the menu to fit the seasonal produce available, ensuring the freshest flavors on the market and the chance to always discover something new on the menu.
